These terms govern use of NicaNetWork Entertainment LLC websites, quote requests, and authorized access to the client portal.

Services

Creative production is performed according to agreed scope, timelines, and materials provided by the client. Requested due dates are not automatically confirmed delivery dates.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, complete source materials, and timely feedback during review cycles.

Portal access

Portal accounts are issued by NicaNetWork to authorized organization members. Users must keep credentials confidential and may only access their own organization data.

Quotes and agreements

Quotes and agreements accepted through the portal create an auditable record of acceptance. Revisions outside included scope may be billed separately when agreed.
